Avocado, Sesame and Gomasio with Nori Canapé

Ingredients

1 tbsp Nori flakes

2 tbsp gomasio (toasted sesame seeds ground with salt)

Whole wheat bread slices

1 avocado

1 ripe tomato

Olive oil

1 garlic clove

Preparation

Mix the gomasio with the Nori flakes, which should be toasted in a pan without oil for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.

Peel the avocado and cut it into slices, do the same with the tomato, and cut the bread into 2 portions. Peel the garlic clove and rub it on the bread.

Assemble the canapé by placing tomato, a drizzle of olive oil, avocado, and finally the reserved gomasio with Nori on top of the bread.
