Ingredients

2 strips of kombu seaweed, 1 cm wide
4 potatoes
Olive oil
Chopped garlic (optional)
Salt to taste

Preparation

Wash the potatoes and cut them in half. Place them cut-side down on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 270ºC. Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven and toast the Kombu for 2 minutes.

Once toasted, crush it by hand and set aside.

Serve the potatoes by cutting each half into three pieces, sprinkle with the kombu and drizzle generously with olive oil.

Optional: Peel and chop the garlic and sprinkle it over the potatoes.
