Ingredients:

5 potatoes

200 g mushrooms

1 romanesco

Hot paprika

Garlic powder

Extra virgin olive oil

10 g Codium seaweed in salt from @algas_ardora

Preparation

The Codium seaweed in salt just needs to be rinsed and soaked for 10 minutes to regain texture.

Boil the potatoes and make a mash. Steam the romanesco and cut the mushrooms into quarters, roast them in the oven with olive oil and garlic powder.

Once the codium is ready, drain it. Add a bit of tamari to the mashed potatoes and assemble the dish with a base of mash, the mushrooms, the romanesco, and the seaweed. Season with tamari, olive oil, and sprinkle with hot paprika.
