Ingredients

1 tbsp Agar Agar

1 melon

3 tbsp fresh chopped mint

Juice of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 orange

2 tbsp honey

500 ml water

Preparation

Boil the water and Agar Agar for 8 minutes.

Once the Agar Agar has dissolved, pour it over the chopped mint as if making an infusion. Finally, add the honey and the lemon and orange juice.

Pour the “infusion” into tall glasses and set aside.

Meanwhile, cut the melon into small balls.

Divide the melon balls into the glasses, filling them well, and refrigerate until set. Serve well chilled.
