Ingredients:

spaghetti pasta

1 onion

a bunch of Swiss chard

a can of whole canned tomatoes

turmeric, pepper, salt

extra virgin olive oil

a handful of Sea Lettuce from @algas_algamar

oregano

Preparation

In a pot, boil the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, make the sauce.

In a skillet, sauté the onion, add the chopped Swiss chard. Add turmeric and pepper, salt to taste, along with the sea lettuce. Stir and add the tomatoes. Once cooked to your liking, blend the sauce and return it to the skillet with the drained spaghetti. Toss to combine and serve with oregano.
