Ingredients
1 onion
2 medium potatoes
1 large red bell pepper
1 glass soy drink
Olive oil
Turmeric, instant seaweed or herb salt
Salt to taste
Preparation
Peel and dice the onion, then sauté in olive oil. Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. After 5 minutes, add them to the onion. Cook for 35–40 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the red pepper and roast it in the oven with the grill on for 30–40 minutes, turning it a couple of times so it doesn’t burn. Toast the Nori in a pan without oil for 2 minutes.
Once the pepper is done, remove it from the oven, peel, cut into small pieces, and set aside.
Separately, boil the soy drink and Agar Agar for 8 minutes, then remove from the heat and add the turmeric.
When the potatoes and onion are cooked, add the pepper and Nori, mix well, and sprinkle with instant seaweed or herb salt. Finally, add the soy drink with Agar Agar. Let it set in the pan and serve unmolded on a plate with salad or tomato sauce.
