How can we consume it?
- For cooking. A very simple way to enrich your dishes and enhance flavors. It is excellent for preparing rice, vegetables, smoothies, stews, soups or dressings, among other recipes. Ratio: 50%. 1 part Ocean Water to 1 part fresh water.
- For drinking, it can be prepared with fresh water. Ideal for preparing isotonic drinks. Ratio: 25%. 1 part Ocean Water to 3 parts fresh water.
For personal care. A natural and respectful alternative.
