Codium seaweed (also known as PERCEBE seaweed or sea ramallo) is a wild seaweed with an intense sea flavour. Thanks to this and its texture, it is very versatile in our cooking.
How can we eat it?
- Baked: Directly in the oven or under the grill, as a snack, or to top off fish or seafood dishes.
- Cooked: Add it to soups, stews, rice dishes, fideuás, creams, sauces, broths…
- Sautéed: With onion for pasta, pies, pizzas, quiches, etc.
