100 g equals 1 kg of fresh seaweed
Sea lettuce is a wild seaweed harvested from the Galician coast that gives us a deep sea flavour, as well as a hint of seafood, widely used to add character and colour to our recipes.
Its resemblance to land lettuce gives it a very characteristic presence in our dishes, with a green colour and soft texture that will make our dishes a success.
