How can we consume it?

Spirulina powder can be added to juices, smoothies, yoghurts and other liquid foods. It is highly recommended at breakfast to provide us with the necessary amount of protein we will consume during the day.
It is also recommended in soups, purées, broths, soya, oat or rice milkshakes, yoghurts, desserts, gazpachos, broths, soups, salads, vegetables, cereals, etc. Adding a teaspoon or tablespoon is enough to provide all its nutrients and beneficial properties.
