Ingredients

1 tbsp Spirulina powder

5 g Wakame flakes

1 cup rice semolina

4 cups water

3 tbsp tamari (soy sauce)

3 tbsp olive oil

Salt to taste

Preparation

Bring the water, Wakame and rice semolina to a boil. Cook for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the heat and add the Spirulina, tamari and olive oil.

If you prefer a more liquid semolina, use 5 cups of water instead of 4. Keep in mind that the longer it rests, the thicker it will become.
