Ingredients

20 g Wakame seaweed

200 g green beans

1 pumpkin (1 kg)

Olive oil

Salt to taste

Preparation

Wash the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces (without peeling). Clean and cut the green beans. Place the vegetables together with the chopped Wakame in a steamer for 15 minutes (over high heat).

Once the heat is turned off, let it rest for 5 minutes. Ready to serve on a platter, drizzled with plenty of olive oil.

You may season it with tamari (soy sauce). It can also be mixed with chopped garlic and ground sesame.
