Tofu marinated in soy sauce, seeds and dulse seaweed

Ingredients

10g dulse seaweed
300g tofu (soya “cheese”)
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons olive oil
A handful of flax, sesame and sunflower seeds

Preparation

Cut the tofu into cubes and add the chopped dulse, soy sauce, olive oil and seeds. Leave to marinate in the fridge for a few hours and it’s ready to eat. It can be served with salad, as an accompaniment to a dish or on its own as a starter.
