Ingredients

10g Sea Spaghetti Seaweed
2 large ripe tomatoes
5 garlic cloves
80g Bulgur
Spices (Basil and parsley)
1 tablespoon Tamari (soy sauce)
Olive oil
Salt to taste

Preparation

Cut the tofu into cubes and add the chopped dulse, soy sauce, olive oil, and the seeds. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours and it’s ready to eat. It can be served with salad, as a side dish, or on its own as a starter.
