Ingredients:

3 potatoes

1 onion

Extra virgin olive oil

100 g chickpea flour

200 g oat drink

100 g sea water from @algas_algamar

7 g crunchy Wakame seaweed @algas_algamar

1 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp ginger

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Preparation:

Peel the potatoes and onion and cut into pieces. Start by heating oil in a pan and add the onion, sauté for a while, then add the potatoes. Cook until done.

Prepare the mixture with the rest of the ingredients, mix well, then add the potatoes and onion and place everything in a baking dish. Bake for about 25 minutes at 200º C (check the oven so it does not dry out too much).
