Wild Atlantic wakame sea vegetables (Undaria pinnatifida) and shiitake mushrooms (Lentinula edodes)


  • Raw: add to salads after soaking for 20 minutes or lightly toast in the oven or a frying pan.
  • Cooked: boil for 20 minutes and season to taste; use to accompany rice, vegetables, potatoes, pasta, couscous, millet, polenta, semolina or soups.
  • Sautéed: with onion for pasta, pies, pizzas and quiches.
  • Steamed: for 20 minutes together with other vegetables
