Algamar at Biocultura Madrid 2019

Algamar presented its new range of pâtés with sea vegetables this November the Biocultura Fair in Madrid:

  • Vegetable Pâté with Carrot, Curcuma and Sea Vegetables
  • Vegetable Pâté with Codium Sea Vegetable
  • Vegetable Pâté with Shiitake Mushrooms and Sea Vegetables
  • Vegetable Pâté with Tomato and Sea Vegetables

We were also fortunate to count on the presence of the chef Yelel Cañas, who showed us how to make spreads and pâtés with tasty, nutritious Atlantic sea vegetables.
