Algamar at Biocultura Barcelona 2019

Once again this year, Algamar did not miss its indispensable date at Biocultura, Spain’s most important Bio sector trade fair.

This year we presented several new products:

  • The ChocoAlgas range: three types of fair trade 72% dark chocolate with agave
  • The Crackers range: a new format that will delight young and old, as always with the nutritional contribution of Galician sea vegetables
  • The Pickles range (Escabeches) in 190 g glass jars: four new Sea Vegetable Pickles with Vegetables, Oriental Salad, Barnacle Seaweed … a delight for the senses
  • Maize and Sea Vegetable Cakes: tasty maize cakes seasoned with sea lettuce

As has become our custom, we also organised show cooking sessions. In this case, the wild-slow chef Yelel Cañas accompanied us, showing us how to make pâtés and creams with Algamar sea vegetables.
